John Stephan Moceri

John Stephan Moceri has represented injury victims and their families for close to 30 years. Over the years, he has represented those injured or killed through the negligence of another in most every sort of accident imaginable. Examples include; automobile accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, product defects, medical negligence, construction site accidents, work place injuries, dog bites, government negligence, insurance bad faith, pedestrian injuries and premises defects.

Mr. Moceri has obtained millions of dollars in six and seven figure settlements and verdicts for individuals who have suffered serious injuries, birth injuries, traumatic brain injuries, loss of limb, broken bones, disfigurement, psychological damages, disabilities and loss of life. Mr. Moceri was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington. Prior to becoming a lawyer he worked in a variety of fields including commercial fishing, construction, farm labor, harbor worker and journalist to name a few.
